The days and times that I am available are variable, so please give me a call to check availability.
For in calls: I will need a mobile number I can contact you on to confirm the booking. I regret that I cannot provide my address until an hour before the booking is due to take place, this is for security reasons and not because I have any intention of letting you down!
For hotel out calls: I will need the hotel name, address, the name you have booked under and your room number. I will then call you at the hotel to confirm the booking.
For out calls to a private home: I will need your name, full address and a listed land line number (I cannot accept ex directory numbers). I will then call you on the land line number you have provided to confirm the booking.
Confirmation and deposits: For out calls outside Zone 2 or out calls longer than 2 hours, a deposit equal to half the price of the appointment booked will be required to confirm the booking.
For overnight bookings, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required plus a deposit of £250. The days that I can offer overnight bookings are very limited, particularly at short notice. I would recommend booking at least a week in advance to enable me to accommodate you.
For in calls over 3 hours, a deposit equal to half the price of the appointment booking will be required to confirm the booking.
You may make a deposit via paypal online or make a cash payment in the bank. Please contact me for the details needed to do this.
